Good morning bookworms and welcome to another WWW Wednesday post!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

For those who don’t know, the three W’s are:

  • What are you currently reading?

  • What did you finish reading recently?

  • What do you think you’ll read next?

If you enjoy what I am doing with my blog then you can support me by shopping on Amazon via my affiliate links. This will come at no extra cost to you and will result in me being paid a small commission. This is always appreciated but never expected. You can view my Amazon Influencer page **HERE** to browse all the books that I recommend. You can also see up to date Amazon book deals on my sidebar or alternatively if you want to you can buy me a coffee!

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling; Current progress 95% (I will finally finish this one this week, yay!)

A Dark and Hollow Star by Ashley Shuttleworth; I am about 200 pages into this one so far and I am not really sure where its going. It’s told from Five different POV’s so I am thinking it’s going to be one of those slow burns that introduces you to all the characters and the world and then proceeds to blow your mind. I hope so anyway because not a heck of a lot has happened in 200 pages. I am intrigued by the Alecto/Nausicaa character though.

House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland; This was a spooky read! I really enjoyed it. If you like dark YA/horror/fantasy this one I can highly recommend. You can read my full review here to see what it’s all about!

Threadneedle by Cari Thomas; Oh. My. Goodness. It has been so long since I read a really good witchy book. This really ticked all the boxes for me. I am so excited to share my review with you all on my blog tour date! (29th May!)

The Five by Hallie Rubenhold; This months TWR gang book club read was a fascinating one. I absolutely love what the author did with this book. I had some issues with it but overall it was an interesting read and I enjoyed it. I’ll be posting a few review soon!

The Metal Heart by Caroline Lea; I am pretty sure I am only going to squeeze one more book in for this month so I am going to go with this one because it’s been on my tbr pile for so long and I keep putting it off. I feel like it’s time!

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading another WWW Wednesday post. Feel free to drop a comment or a like and let me know if you’ve read any of these books, share your thoughts!

  1. Five different povs! I always find books with that many characters very hit and miss, but I keep getting A Dark and Hollow Star recced to me on kindle so hopefully it is a good read 😆

  2. I read A Dark and Hollow Star last month and really enjoyed it. I did find that the first 200 pages or so dragged but the ending was worth it for me, just stick with it. Alecto/Nausicaa is the best character! There’s also a sequel that the author announced coming out next summer!
