Good morning bookworms and welcome to another WWW Wednesday post!
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.
For those who don’t know, the three W’s are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you finish reading recently?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling; Current progress 78%
The Five by Hallie Rubenhold; This months TWR book club read! We are coming to the end of the 3rd woman’s story this week and it is just harrowing. We are all really enjoying the book and learning so much about their lives and the way things were in Victorian times. It is incredibly interesting and also heart-breaking to read about what these women had to endure.
House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland; I picked this up on Monday night and am blasting through this one. I love the way it is written, it’s so easy to follow and the characters and story are very intriguing. I am liking it a lot so far!
The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell; This is my first ever Lisa Jewell book and I really, really enjoyed it. I devoured it in a couple of days actually and it left me wanting more! I’ve been recommended her books tonnes of times so I am looking forward to reading more in the future! I will be posting a full review this week at some point.
Under the Italian Sun by Sue Moorcroft; My blog tour date for this one is the 21st May so you can check back for my review then! I really enjoyed reading this summer romance and it left me desperately wishing for an Italian holiday!
The Light Fantastic by Terry Pratchett; I just finished this last night and even though its a short book it felt like it went on forever. I’ll be sharing my thoughts on this one later in the month once I’ve discussed it with my buddy but I didn’t really love it.
Threadneedle by Cari Thomas; This is my last blog tour for the month and is scheduled for May 29th so I will definitely be picking this one up soon.
A Dark and Hollow Star by Ashley Shuttleworth; This one looks so amazing! I have heard such good things about this one and I am really keen to read it this month.
Sister’s of the Snake by Sarena & Sasha Nanua; I have been wanting to read this one for a few months now and so once my last blog tour is out of the way I am going to be picking this one up for sure!
