Hello book people and welcome to Top Ten Tuesday!

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018.

This week’s topic is On my Spring TBR

I have a lot more than 10 books on my list for Spring but these are some of the ones I am most excited about.

Any purchases made via my Amazon affiliate links will result in me being paid a small commission. This support helps me to pay for my blog running costs and is always appreciated but never expected. You can view my Amazon Influencer page **HERE** to browse all the books that I recommend.

The Colour of Magic by Terry Pratchett

Starting in April myself and fellow blogger Lynn will be buddy reading the Discworld books and I am ridiculously excited to get started.

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

The Night Circus has been on my radar for quite a while. I really loved The Toymakers and I have been told this one has really similar vibes so I’m sure I’m going to love it.

The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

The Midnight Library is a super hyped up book and so I am a bit worried about it being a disappointment but I am desperately hoping that I will enjoy it.

Sisters of the Snake by Sasha Nanua

I was approved for this last week on Edelweiss and I cannot wait to read it, it looks amazing!

Last Thing to Burn by Will Dean

I never saw a single bad review for this book when it was touring and everyone seemed to be reading it. I got it as a kindle deal for 99p which is a total bargain!

The Poppy War by R.F. Kuang

Another one of those books that I have seen nothing but good things about. This is actually on my pile for March and I think I am on track to read at least the first book even if I don’t manage the entire series.

The Burning Girls by C.J. Tudor

I love this author and this is very much anticipated for me!

Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

I am finally, finally going to read this series after it has been on my list for too many years. I hope it turns out to be worth the wait.

Call Me Mummy by Tina Baker

I got this one for mother’s day this year and it’s a book I really want to get stuck into so its been bumped up as a priority read! I’ve seen so many raving reviews so I am pretty excited.

American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins

Anyone following my blog will probably have seen this one pop up a few times. I keep putting it on my pile for the month and then for one reason or another not quite getting to it. I definitely want to read this though so someone can give me a good slap if its not read by the end of Spring!

  1. I feel the same way about the Midnight Library- I’ve seen nothing but amazing things about it. I hope we both enjoy it 😊

  2. Great choices! I’ve heard so many great things about The Midnight Library and The Poppy War. And Sisters of the Snake sounds really good. Hope you enjoy all of them! 🙂

  3. Fabulous list! I hope to read The Night Circus and the Burning Girls. I thought the Midnight Library was sweet – perhaps it’s a victim of its own hype with people building up their expectations and then getting disappointed.

    1. Yeah that is just what I am worried about with The Midnight Library. I am just going to go into it not hoping for too much and that way I hope I won’t feel to disappointed!

  4. The Colour of Magic is definitely on my TBR as well! The Midnight Library is also. I feel like my TBR list just keeps growing :O

Wonderful list. I hope you enjoy your reading 🙂
